Abstract

Currently, Cancer is the second cause of illness and mortality most relevant in the
world, with an important socio-economic component. Based on data from the Global
Cancer Observatory (GCO), the most prevalent neoplasms are mamma, colorectal,
prostate, lung and stomach. Currently, the knowledge about the genetic on this
type of cancer, as well as the cellular types and the biomarkers stated by each one
of them, allows an early diagnosis, a treatment approach with a decrease in failure
rate, likewise recurrency risk forecast. Stands out how the different biomarkers in
some neoplasms can be a bad biomarker forecast, while in other it could impact on
the benefits for a therapeutic strategy, or not. Notwithstanding, new findings like the
autocrine and endocrine through micro gallbladder and exosomes, like the floating
DNA and micro ARN, are guiding the prognosis on some of the above neoplasms.
