Telemedicina en Dermatología, Oftalmología y Urología: Una aproximación real a la clínica

La telemedicina es un campo que se viene estudiando y realizando desde hace ya algunos años; sin embargo, dicha área de la medicina tuvo un crecimiento exponencial desde el año 2020 secundario a la pandemia por COVID19, desde entonces se han implementado mejoras en la cantidad, capacidad, facilidad y uso de aplicaciones virtuales que permitan la conexión entre 2 o más personas de manera simultánea, creando así una nueva modalidad de reunión entre pares. Así mismo estas mejoras se han aplicado en el sector salud, desde clases virtuales a estudiantes de pregrado hasta realización de juntas médicas multidisciplinarias para definir casos concretos, el advenimiento de las nuevas tecnologías nos trae de la mano nuevas oportunidades para brindar una atención óptima con la capacidad de tener mejoras en costos, accesibilidad y responsabilidad ambiental.
