Telemedicina en Dermatología, Oftalmología y Urología: Una aproximación real a la clínica

Telemedicine is a field that has been studied and carried out for some years now, however this
area of medicine had exponential growth since 2020 secondary to the COVID19 pandemic, since
then improvements have been implemented in the quantity, capacity , ease and use of virtual
applications that allow connection between 2 or more people simultaneously, thus creating a new
type of meeting between peers. Likewise, these improvements have been applied in the health
sector, from virtual classes for undergraduate students to holding multidisciplinary medical
meetings to define specific cases, the advent of new technologies brings us new opportunities to
provide optimal care with the ability to have improvements in costs, accessibility and environmental
responsibility.
